We believe public policies and government actions should work for the affected people, help the citizens recover, and set a good precedent for future generations.

We believe in these principles:

a. Justice for residents and property owners affected by the earthquakes in Canterbury.

b. The right for any home owner to live where s/he desires without government interference as long as the public is not endangered in doing so.

c. Fair, timely, and just compensation to all home owners where public policy decides to relocate people.

d. Judicial branch free from interference by the administrative branch of government.
